Just because your workouts last for a long time doesn’t mean that you will get better results. If you’ve been workout for a long period of time and your body is not showing the results that you expect, then there is no need to keep repeating the same mistake. There is no need for your workout to last more than 45 minutes. Unless you are working legs( normally the body takes longer to recover in between sets), There is so much that can be accomplished with in a 45 minute span. You can also super sets(one set including to exercises back to back), tri sets( one exercise including three different exercise). Using these methods will not only allow you to spend less time in the gym, but it will allow you to burn more calories along with increasing your stamina. Get in and out as quick as possible while still being productive.
